Use the ngertips to lightly touch the spine to determine the location of the bones, then at one-finger width beside the bone, start from the junction between the neck and the shoulder, proceeding downward to the middle of the back
Coverage: The upper torso (excluding the collarbone, acromion, shoulder, front of shoulder, armpit, and lateral of chest) and the calf, as shown in the LIGHT PURPLE area marked in the diagram.
Lower Back Yuan Shi Dian Location: As shown by the red lines in the diagram, continuing from the point of the upper back, extending downward to the upper edge of the iliac bone with the same width. (It is actually the continuation of the Upper Back Yuan Shi Dian; the division into the upper and lower back is for ease of practice).
Coverage: The lower torso to the highest point of the Sacral Vertebrae Yuan Shi Dian, as shown in the LIGHT PURPLE area marked in the diagram.
